Hello everyone! Welcome to Week 3 of the NFL season.

The NFL season kicked into high gear this week. It was filled with upsets and surprises galore.

The NFC West features the 2-0 Arizona Cardinals leading their division after seeing losses from Seattle and San Francisco. Dallas found their groove back, while New Orleans starts the season 0-2. Cam Newton returned to lead the Carolina Panthers over the Detroit Lions 24-7. The defending NFC Champion San Francisco 49ers lost to Chicago in their first game at Levi’s Stadium, their new venue replacing Candlestick Park.

The AFC featured the Patriots avoiding the 0-2 snide. The Denver Broncos are undefeated, Cleveland pulled off an upset at home over the Saints, and Cincinnati defeated Atlanta despite losing AJ Green to a toe injury.

Speaking of injuries, Robert Griffin III suffered a broken ankle during Washington’s win over Jacksonville. Kirk Cousins took over at quarterback and led Washington to victory. Will the winning trend continue at Philadelphia this week?

Plus, will AJ Green return for the Bengals’ game against Tennessee? We’ll most likely find out on game day.

I went 6-10 last week, bringing my total to 16-16. The following is what I got right and wrong for Week 2.

Good luck to all teams this year. If you’re making picks this year, good luck to as well.

In other news, it seems more incidents in the NFL are taking place outside the field. I will address them in time, but the bigger issue in these isolated crimes tell a tale about the NFL and not just about the players involved. Stay tuned for that one early next week.
