Hello football fans! Welcome to Week 4 of the 2016 NFL season.
We had quite a topsy-turvy week. The New England Patriots shut out the Houston Texans but had to deal with Jacoby Brissett’s thumb injury. However, both he and Jimmy Garoppolo seem ready to play in Week 4.
Meanwhile, JJ Watt could be done for the season after reinjuring his back.
The Patriots and Texans weren’t the only ones dealing with the injury bug. Seattle Seahawks QB Russell Wilson suffered a sprained MCL but is expected to play at Metlife Stadium against the Jets this Sunday.
In other news, Carson Wentz continues to impress with a 34-3 victory over Pittsburgh. Washington managed to get their first victory of the season over the Giants. Jacksonville, Cleveland, Chicago and New Orleans are still looking for a win. On the winning side, Denver, Baltimore, Philadelphia and Minnesota join New England in the undefeated club. Who would’ve guessed any of those teams would be 3-0 at this point.
Let’s get down to last week for me. I went a miserable 6-10 for Week 3, bringing my total to 24-24 for the season. Here’s a recap of what I got right and wrong:
