Hello football fans! Welcome to Week 3 of the 2016 NFL season.

First, let’s discuss Week 2. The New York Jets ended their five-game skid against the Buffalo Bills with a convincing Thursday night performance. Meanwhile, the Seattle Seahawks continue to lose against the Los Angeles Rams.

It could be worse for Seattle; they could be winless.

Just ask the New Orleans Saints, who couldn’t get the job done against the surprisingly undefeated New York Giants. The G-Men are tied for first atop the NFC East with the Philadelphia Eagles, who could have a real blue chipper in new quarterback Carson Wentz.

On the injury front, the buildup keeps growing on the running back front. Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson suffered a torn meniscus and is unlikely to play against Carolina this week. Tampa Bay Buccaneers RB Doug Martin will miss up to three weeks due to a hamstring injury. San Diego Chargers RB Danny Woodhead will miss the rest of the season with a torn ACL.

Tampa Bay will host the Rams, while the Chargers trek to Indianapolis and face the Colts.

Speaking of injuries, the New England Patriots might not have Jimmy Garoppolo at quarterback. Although, numerous reports state the Patriots hope Garoppolo makes Thursday’s start when they host Houston.
