Hello sports fans! Welcome to Week 11 of the NFL season.

The injury bug strikes, as its victims are sporadic in the NFC West. Cardinals QB Carson Palmer will miss the rest of the season with a torn ACL in his left knee. San Francisco linebacker Patrick Willis is on the injured reserve list and will require surgery for his strained muscle on his big toe.

Both teams won last week. Willis missed the 49ers’ overtime victory over the Saints, and the Cardinals held on to defeat the Rams. How these injuries will affect both teams going forward remains to be seen. San Francisco will take on the Giants, while Arizona hosts Detroit.

In other NFC news, we saw the Bears imploding on Sunday Night. Aaron Rodgers almost matched Ben Roethlisberger’s touchdown record on the same night. Green Bay took a decisive win over Chicago 55-14. Monday Night also featured the return of Mark Sanchez in a starting role. He helped the Eagles defeat the lowly Panthers 45-21.

The AFC featured the winless Raiders trying to win their first game. Unfortunately, they ran in the Broncos and lost again. The Dolphins also had trouble, despite holding on against Detroit. They would lose the game with time expiring.

I went 10-3 last week, bringing my total to 95-51. The following is what I got right and wrong for Week 10.
