Game of the Week:

This week’s game features two surprising teams. The 4-1 San Francisco 49ers take on the 5-0 Detroit Lions. Both teams were known for rebuilding on an endless road to seemingly nowhere. Now, it’s their time. The 49ers emerged with new coach Jim Harbaugh. The Lions stayed healthy with their franchise quarterback Matthew Stamford and franchise wide receiver Calvin Johnson. Both teams still have plenty to prove. A 49ers victory at Detroit could make San Francisco legit against the rising contender. The same can be said for the Lions, defending their home field advantage and undefeated streak. Which team will prevail Sunday?

In other news, the NFL could start HGH testing next week. The NFL and the NFLPA (NFL Players’ Association) will meet with Congress today to discuss when testing for Human Growth Hormone will take place. The NFLPA wants a system in place before testing begins, but all sides approve HGH testing. Until next week, good luck with your picks and teams.

Yours Truly,

Sebastian Maldonado
