Happy St. Patrick’s Day everybody! Welcome to your March Madness Preview! This year’s tournament looks to be unpredictable as ever. 64 teams will vie for becoming the best team in college basketball today. Any one of these teams is capable of winning this tournament. Here are my picks, and some might surprise you:
