Welcome back to today’s sports update; it’s everyone’s favorite host Sebastian Maldonado here to tell you what’s happening in the world of sports.  It’s football weekend as both college & NFL take it to a whole familiar feeling.

Here are the games that define NFL’s rivalry week:

Atlanta at Carolina

Cincinnati at Pittsburgh

Dallas at N.Y. Giants

Denver at Kansas City

The big 4 games have everything on the line.  The G-Men take on them Cowboys, K.C. hosts the Broncos, the Bengals go to Pittsburgh, & ATL fights Carolina.  Here are my picks: Seattle, Giants, Bengals, Miami, da Bears, Ravens, Cleveland, Wash., Colts, Arizona, Minny, Bucs, and the “San Diego Superchargers” to beat “DA RAIDERS”.

In baseball, the Yankees have a new setup man for “the sandman” Mariano Rivera. Kyle Farnsworth signed a 3-year deal with the Bronx Bombers worth $17 million.  The Yankees’ former setup man, Tom “Flash” Gordon signed a 3-year deal with the Phillies to fill in the void of Billy Wagner.  Wagner signed to be the Mets’ new closer.  While the Marlins have traded almost everyone, the Sox have been “quiet”.  Will the Sox ever trade Manny?

Yesterday marked the return of Larry Brown and Isiah Thomas; too bad the Knicks lost again. What is the relationship between Brown & Stephon Marbury?  Plus, the Heat seems to be merging as a team just fine with all the new talent.

Well, this is the last update in AZ due to finals in the upcoming weeks.  So, my next update will be in New York City!!!!  I’m happy to go back for the holidays, and I will see you soon.  In other words, later you KNUCKLEHEADS!!!!  Ha-ha.

Yours Truly,

Sebastian Maldonado
